3. Embedded installation

The most obvious difference between recessed installation and sticky and snap-in installation is that – the light strip must be taken into consideration before the decoration.

This is because the embedded installation of the light strip requires pre-installed pieces, after the hole is cut in the wall and installed into it with screws to lock, the light strip will be attached to the pre-installed pieces slot, and then connected to the power supply.

There are three types of pre-built parts, shaded corners, positive corners and flat corners.

Shaded corners, it is recommended to install in the corner area of the inner concave.

Positive corners, recommended to be installed in convex corner areas.

First consider what color the light strip needs to be.

LED strip brightness

 * Color of the light strip

 The more LED beads in the same unit, the higher the brightness.

If the number of LED beads in a unit is the same, you can also judge according to the wattage, the wattage is higher to brighter.

The length of the strip

There is a number of units of light tape, you need to buy in accordance with the whole number of multiples of the number of units, most of the units of light tape are 0.5m, 1m.

If you customize the strip, it is not limited by the number of units, but it needs to be a multiple of 0.5.

What if the required number of meters is not a multiple of the number of units?
Buy a more cuttable strip, such as every 5.5cm can be cut, can better control the length of the strip.

Strip length is also accompanied by power problems, LED strip can not be directly connected to 220V, it should be connected with special transformers and power supply, different lengths of the same strip power supply is different.
